Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy

The deposit value is non-refundable after 3 days of your purchase since the deposit is paid to the studio, not us. We are not able to refund the deposit value and swap to deposit for another product.

【In Stock】 Products

Customers can cancel orders in 3 days and get a full refund or get a refund without deposit value after purchasing. In addition, customers can request a refund within 30 days after receiving the product. Once the product is shipped back to our warehouse, we will refund accordingly based on   the state of the product. Freight of return will be borne by the buyer. However, we will not accept a refund request for human-made damaged statues, but we will provide a repair service if the parts are repairable for an extra charge.

【Pre-sale】Products 

You can apply a refund deposit in 3 days after you make an order. The deposit value is non-refundable after 3 days.

Once our products are signed in, we will not accept any returns/refunds by anthropic factors unless the product is damaged in transit. Gathering proofs, taking photos, and send to us, then we could request replacements to relevant studios if available(need an extra charge )However, If you purchased the Insurance(shipping care)we will ship the replacements for free.(please check our Insurance policy

Item was lost?

Missing packages in transit can happen sometimes. If a package is identified as lost, we will fully refund your order.

For lost packages:

Sea shipping: If the shipment does not reach your address for more than 3 months, we will refund 20% of the freight. If the shipment does not arrive at your address for more than 5 months, we will consider it as lost and fully refund including Shipping freight.

Air Shipping: If the shipment does not reach your address for more than one and a half months, we will refund 20% of the freight. If the air freight fails to arrive at your address for more than three months, we will consider it as lost and fully refund including Shipping freight.
