Ordering Steps (Pre-Order)

Pre-sale items mean studios are taking deposit value to enter the production. The pre-sale stage usually takes 3-8 months depending on studio arrangements.

How to make an order to book a pre-sale item?

Option 1: 

Pay the "Deposit" value, then wait for our final payment invoice when the statue is ready to ship.

Options 2:

Pay the "full payment" option, then wait for the shipping invoice.  "Full payment" will include the "Deposit value", the "Deposit value is non-refundable after 3 days of your purchase. 

Our cancellation policy

Shipping is not for free. All the shipping payment will collect by email when item ready to ship. 

Our website is providing "Insurance" shipping care options for purchase.

Once you purchased shipping care and matched it to your item. we will take the responsibility for broken items when they arrived.

You will able to get a partial refund(up to 80% refund) or get replacements(if replacements are available) with free shipping.

For Those who didn't purchase "Insurance"

We'd willing to contact the studio if replacements are available but for the extra charge for shipping. However, if replacements are unavailable, you will take the risk on your own.

Tiny damaged item please self-repair it yourself. The delivery process is out of our control, please consider purchasing "Insurance" to reduce the shipping risk of your orders.

Insurance is optional but recommended. Insurance can reduce loss as much as possible.

All products can be purchased with insurance, and some previously uploaded products didn't set up insurance. If you want to buy insurance（for previously uploaded products）, please contact us.

Because resin statues are fragile products, we will pack these statues very carefully to ensure that the statues can be safely delivered to customers, In fact, just a few cases that damaged packages we delivered. However, sometimes damages can occur during transit unavoidably.

We now offer the option of insurance purchase. The cost of insurance will be 10% of the total price of the product, and we will introduce different levels of claim clauses. 

Claim application must submit within 10 days after signing in the package. After 10 days we will not accept your claim application anymore. shipping cost is not in insurance coverage.

We will not accept the claim of human-made damage. Once our products are signed in, we will also not accept a claim by anthropic factors unless the product is damaged in transit. Gathering proofs, taking photos, and sending them to us, We don't accept false/fake evidence and will report it to the platform and blacklist you.

Level 1. Damage that happened in transit is not obvious and can be repaired by glue(After repair， does not affect the overlook), will be refunded 15%-20% of the statue price, depending on the extent of the damage.

Level 2. Damage is obvious and caused crushing damage. The statue can't be repaired well (will be refunded 25%-45% of the statue price， depends on the extent of damage）

Level 3. Large area damage, causing irreparable damage（will be refunded 50%-80% of the statue price， depending on the extent of damage）

Our Internation shipping for package usually count as Volume Weight， unless the package is small will be count as net weight.

The Volume is calculated as :

Sea/Train shipping: L*W*H/6000 (Sea Shipping is counted begin as 13KG, no matter how small the package is)

Air Shipping: L*W*H/5000

Hint: the Volume weight depends on the dimensions of the package, not the dimensions of the statue/figure.

For example:
Package: 80cm*70cm*62cm=57.8KG in Sea 
                              =69.44KG in Air

Shipping cost for pre-KG is seasonal, feel free to get a shipping quote through online chat or directly via email.
